A multisensory experience that connects architecture and wine tasting; a concept that reveals the unique architecture of our winery and the elegance of our most representative wines. Wine tasting will be held in the striking suspended glass tasting room with a view over the barrel cellar or in the more intimate Bottaia room: Cervaro della Sala Umbria IGT, Pinot nero Umbria IGT, Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Tignanello Toscana IGT . The visit comes to a conclusion at “Rinuccio 1180”, our restaurant overlooking the hills of Chianti Classico where Pietrabianca Castel del Monte DOC, Poggio alle Nane Maremma DOC and Muffato della Sala Umbria IGT will be paired with traditional Tuscan dishes re-elaborated in a contemporary interpretation. The selection of wines may change depending on the season and availability. The visit includes other guests and lasts approximately two and a half hours plus lunch.
