The tasting
In the large open kitchen at La Braccesca estate, our cooking classes offer guests a hands-on experience by preparing a typical dish from Cortona, pici, while sharing pleasant moments of conviviality. An original way to experience and enjoy the estate and its fine wines.
The chef is an exceptional instructor who graciously welcomes guests in a relaxed atmosphere and reveals local traditions and techniques.
The experience is completed by a traditional lunch with a selection of expertly paired estate wines. The perfect setting to savor the handmade pici pasta prepared earlier.
