A journey in viticulture, enology and wine tasting to discover an ancient territory known for its wildly rugged and uncontaminated beauty. The guided tour takes guests through the splendid vineyards of Aglianico at Bocca di Lupo to learn about the estate’s organic agricultural practices. The visit continues in the vinification cellar and then to the spectacular barrel cellar excavated in tuff. The tour culminates with a wine tasting event on the second floor that offers guests a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside: the village of Minervino Murge appears on the opposite hill with its brilliant white stone buildings reflecting in the sun while to the west the fascinating majesty of Vulture volcano watches over the territory.

Guests are invited to taste and recognize Aglianico’s great aging potential in a tasting of older vintages of Bocca di Lupo; the pleasant and elegant Chardonnay “Pietrabianca”; and “Ettore” a unique wine crafted with Nero di Troia produced in very limited quantities and available only on the estate.
